2. Services
ClarioStack provides professional software development services including web application development, desktop application development, mobile application development, SEO website development, and SaaS solutions. Specific terms for any project engagement are governed by the project agreement signed between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. ClarioStack retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and proprietary tools used in the development process. Third-party open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your express consent, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
ClarioStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on all delivered software. Beyond this period, maintenance is subject to a separate support agreement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through appropriate legal channels if necessary.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
